Since 2020, BuildPalestine has supported over 30 social enterprises through our Fellowship program. As the needs of our changemakers evolved, so did our approach. What began as a single cohort has grown into a comprehensive support system—now reimagined as a value chain of three interconnected programs designed to meet social entrepreneurs where they are, and help them grow sustainably.

Root
Build the foundation for lasting impact
Root is a 6-month program designed for early-stage social entrepreneurs who have tested their ideas and are ready to build long-term strategies for growth and sustainability. Tailored for full-time changemakers with strong potential, Root equips participants with the tools to enhance their impact, refine their mission, and clarify their path forward.
This stage focuses on aligning your passion for change with practical frameworks for success. Through group workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and targeted consultations in areas like finance, product design, and communications, Root supports each entrepreneur in developing key strategic assets—including a strong Vision and Mission, a Social Business Model Canvas, a Theory of Change, a Financial Model, and a compelling Pitch Deck.
Root is about building a solid foundation—not necessarily immediate sales or scale. It’s a space to strengthen your core, so you’re prepared to seize future opportunities and amplify your impact in a sustainable way.

Rise is the next step for social entrepreneurs who are ready to grow. Over six months, this program combines financial support with customized mentorship and hands-on capacity building to help you take the strategies developed in Root and bring them to life.
Designed to increase both sustainability and social impact, Rise helps entrepreneurs operationalize their plans, strengthen their business infrastructure, and expand their reach. Whether you’re focused on growing revenue, deepening community engagement, or scaling your solution, Rise offers a supportive, collaborative environment to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
With a focus on execution, Rise is where social entrepreneurs begin to see real momentum—translating vision into measurable outcomes.

Bloom is the final stage of our support model—a venture philanthropy fund designed to provide patient capital and strategic backing to proven Palestinian social enterprises ready to scale their impact.
What we offer:
