Qitaf Environmental Cooperative is a Palestinian youth-led initiative based in Dura, Hebron, that transforms abandoned or marginalized land into educational gardens and eco-production spaces. Founded in 2023, Qitaf offers environmental training, empowers young people and women through sustainable agriculture, and creates local green products using recycled materials. Qitaf envisions becoming a licensed environmental education center and a model of community resilience and climate action in Palestine.

The Arab Women Entrepreneurs Association (AWE) is a social enterprise founded in 2021 by Palestinian lawyer and community leader Doa Harish to empower Arab women to become economic and social change-makers. The Wonder Cabinet

The Wonder Cabinet is a space for artistic production and cultural development in Bethlehem, Palestine, inaugurated in May 2023. Rummana is an artistic and cultural space for children in the besieged Wadi Al-Samen area near Hebron. Rummana overcomes children’s movement restrictions and allows them to live different experiences in the arts, film screenings, story discussions, and book lending services. Rummana won the Rami Zahi Award for Cultural Creativity.

Talleh Cultural Center celebrates Palestinian culture through traditional handicrafts. They produce gifts made of olive wood carvings, basketry, pottery, loom weaving, embroidery, and other Palestinian-inspired handicrafts.

Talleh also provides training for women on traditional crafts, such as pottery, loom weaving, straw weaving, embroidery, and mosaic. They seek to preserve and promote Palestinian cultural heritage while empowering women through skill development and economic opportunities.

Millions of shekels are lost annually in Palestine due to the lack of awareness on the importance of solid waste, as only about 1% of the total solid waste in the West Bank and Gaza is recycled, which annually amounts to about 850 thousand tons, according to some estimates. 

Recycling in Palestine is carried out through individual initiatives or small projects. So that job opportunities can be created and a better reality can be created.

We at Blue Stone aim to produce environmentally friendly interior stone in new shapes and colors that meet the needs and tastes of customers, and reduce the waste through recycling and reducing the negative impact on the environment in Palestine.

28 is a literary and cultural magazine, published in Arabic, that addresses different levels of culture, and is managed and edited by a group of young Palestinian writers, from Gaza and abroad.

The number 28 refers to the number of letters in the Arabic language, and through this title the magazine aspires to form a cultural base that participates in the knowledge-building of young writers and creators, and sponsors their creative projects. 

The platform also offers 28 opportunities for creators; Young artists and writers to present their creative products and interact with their Palestinian and Arab society, through the issues of the printed and/or electronic magazine, and a series of events that include literary evenings, panel discussions, art exhibitions, concerts and art, and film screenings, organized by the work team, in cooperation with community institutions Domestic and international civil.
